Warranty / Cancellation / Returns
All products undergo quality testing by the manufacturer. Should any fault occur, our products are covered by a standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise specified.
We recognize that you may need to return a product at times. Our 30-day return policy is designed for this purpose. We accept returns within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is unused, in its original, unopened packaging (with any seals or shrink-wrap intact), and in a condition enabling resale as new.
The procedures for cancellation will differ based on the specific situation: If you cancel the order before it is dispatched, a full refund will be provided. If the order has already been sent, we will subtract our shipping charges. If you, the purchaser, take delivery, then collection charges will be levied unless you are returning the device.
Should there be any damage to the product packaging or if the seal is broken upon the "return" of the product, you will be responsible for 50% of the restocking fee, along with the original postage costs, and any Customs duty & taxes.

Shipping & Delivery                                       
Delivery Information:
•    Free Delivery: Available to all served countries.
Dispatch Timing: Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, typically within hours, but it may take 1-2 working days during busy periods or due to incorrect address information. Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address. We will not be responsible for any losses or delays in delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. No address or telephone number changes will be allowed after order has been placed.

•    Tracking: Provided once order is shipped.
Delivery Times: 1-3 working days for USA/Canada, 2-4 working days for the rest of the world (approximate, not guaranteed). We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe provided during the checkout process. However, delivery times may vary based on the availability of the products and the shipping location.
We will not be liable for any delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

•    Carriers: Fedex or DHL, based on weight and value. All orders are 100% insured before shipping.
•    Served Countries: 50+ including USA, Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia.

Customs Duties & Taxes
No2Hair.com prices include all duties and taxes. Should you be charged extra by the courier, notify us immediately at support@no2hair.com and we will issue a prompt refund. As the importer of record, you must comply with your country's laws and regulations.

Warranty
Unless stated otherwise, products sold on our website may be covered by the manufacturer's 2-year warranty. Please refer to the product details and warranty information provided by the manufacturer for more details. For defects, you may visit the nearest distributor or contact our customer service to arrange for pick-up. Our technical team will inspect the item and take appropriate action (refund, replace, or fix).
If the item is found faultless or defective due to misuse, it will be returned to you with a shipping charge.
Strict adherence to the user manual is required. We will not be held responsible for incompatibility with your skin tone; ensure the device is suitable for your skin before purchasing.

My product arrived damaged or missing item.
If you notice any damage to the product that was not visible due to packaging when you unpack it, it is essential to report the damage immediately upon receipt. We require prompt notification to initiate the processing of your claim. We value your satisfaction and aim to investigate any damage or missing items, including free gifts, if applicable.

To proceed with your claim, please take one or more pictures of the damaged product, as well as the exterior of the box and packaging. It is essential not to return, sell, or attempt to repair the damaged goods without first contacting us.
